Marco Island, Florida

We had SUCH a great time in Florida.  Elizabeth did AWESOME on her first flights!  Technically, she had 4 flights since we connected in Atlanta both ways.  And, the guy in front of us on the first flight got up at the end and said "wow that is one quiet baby, I didn't even know she was there".

 

 

 

 

 

Marco Island is beautiful, and we stayed at the Marriot Beach and Golf Resort.  We did lots of swimming in the pool and in the Gulf.  The weather was HOT, but it never rained, and we ate a ton of seafood! 



 

 Elizabeth tried ice cream for the fist time.  At first she wasn't sure, but she eventually warmed up to the taste.

 

 

One day while there, we drove to the Everglades.  We couldn't do the airboat tour for obvious reasons, but we did do a boat ride at the national park.  David got a great video while we were on the boat. 

 

 

 

We also visited the country's smallest working post office, and then saw some gators!

 

 

 

We had a great trip, it was hard to leave!!
